I have lived here for almost a year and I am very excited to get out. The neighbor under me likes to have the radio and TV very loud. Good luck trying to sleep. The next door neighbor is young and she likes to have friends come in and out of her apartment at all hours of the night. They are loud and they smoke in the hallway. If you complain to the manager she won't get the message and when she does she doesn't do anything about it. Most young people know this place as the party apartments. Bye the way, they have a big ant problem. They have someone at least once a month go around to get rid of them in the apartments. But only if you ask them to. When you sign the lease whoever is going through all of info. with you will tell you about all of the great things Village Green has to offer. The pool is very cold and there are a ton of younger kids that aren't supervised. The tennis courts were closed all summer because they were supposed to be fixed up. They still haven't touched them. The little get-togethers for the holidays are very boring and not worth the time and energy to go. I would seriously think twice about living in these apartments. I wish I never saw the place. Another thing. When you sign the lease you will be told that every apartment has 2 spots in which to park. They do not assign parking spots. Good luck trying to park here after 5pm. There are people that do not live here that are parking in our spots. I was told when we moved in that cars that did not have a sticker on them would be towed, Yeah right.

I know that problems are addressed on a timely manner. Management does follow-up on problems but they can not police the people who live here on a 24 hr. basis.
