I'm leaving in the fall to move to Madison.

I've lived here for six years. There has been good and bad, as most places have.

I've enjoyed the spacious apartment with a walk-in closet, dish washer, air conditioner. Heat and water are included, though we did have rent increases because of the rise of the gas prices.

Buildings maintained and updated as needed
basement was redone to take care of leaking, i.e. they care about the buildings and upkeep

Mangement is helpful and friendly. They regularly remind tenants that guests are not to park in the lots. I don't know if they have ever towed anyone but I've always been able to get a space, no matter the time of day or night.

Problems (upstairs apartment's dishwasher flooded, leak in my bathroom) were taken care of right away. These are normal emergencies that could happen anywhere. And were always taken care of as soon as possible.

If I locked myself out, maintance would come and let me in. Once, the maintance man had just left! He didn't complain about having to come back.

I do have to say, once when I was locked out (after office hours) their telephone service did not answer. Evidently, they forgot to change the phone to the service. But this was once in six years!


The pool is wonderful; though the tennis courts are not useable (as another poster pointed out)
