An awesome living experience! - I lived @ Park Place this last year and I loved it! My apartment was spectacular, the office staff exceptionally professional and friendly. Even if I got high strung at times, they were courteous & prompt in dealing with any concerns, however there were very few concerns. Emergencies are dealt with very quickly, even on the weekends. NO!!! I'm trying to break my lease right now. The land lord NEVER calls you back. You can never get anything you need. The only attention you can get is a note on the door everyone once in awhile from maintence complaining about something. They seem so nice at first but boy oh boy was I wrong.
