This is a great place for a college student to find a temporary residence. The apartments aren't spectacular by any means but they're clean, cozy, and they work. And, best of all, the rent is very low compared to other apartments in the area.

The maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly, as well as the manager.

And the pool area is suprisingly nice!
