I have been a tenant for the past year. There are still items not fixed that was put on the check list to be done. When someone from mainenance does show up, there has been numerous times he would get called away for a delivery of materials or someone else has a emergency. (The managent will tell you what constitutes a emergency.) There was a toronado that swept thru Kenosha January of 2007. The pool did not get fixed until mid July. There was no rent reduction or anything else given off. The winter of 2008 is now apon us. There is a letter taped to the enterance door advising everyone to listen for the snow plow in our parking lot. When you live on the other side of the building it makes that a little difficult. In the event you didn't move your vehicle, it is now your responsibilty to shovel your assigned parking space. The on site manager has NO organizational skills! But she WILL tell you what she thinks - just like your mother would!
