Courtyard Junction Apartments are fradulent. They advertise the apartment/condo's as being luxurious they are not. The light fixtures are out dated, the walls are less then paper thin, management is a joke. Within the last two years there have been four differents property managers. The unit that they are showing to prospective buyers is for show only, no other unit in the complex looks like that. They have failed to make necessary repairs, no cleaning of the carpets, no renewal of leasing in a feable attempt to sell units. They are not reliable at all.

We are the current managers, and I agree they have had a problem getting decent management. However, since we have taken over in May of 2009, the grounds are always clean and we have taken care of multiple repair issues that were ignored by the previous managers. As far as the condo's that are shown to prospective buyers, those are models to show what the units can look like if the owners/buyers choose to make the changes. All buyers are shown the empty units that are up for sale with the same fixtures and amenities that the current renters have in their units. Also, ALL units are freshly painted and carpets cleaned before any new tenant moves in, and my husband and myself personally clean every unit when a tenant vacates.
