Property Manager Paulette is Irresponsible and Rude

I lived at Falls at Pike Creek for over a year. The property manager Paulette is never available in the office whenever you call her. I dont know her working hours or I would say non working hours. Also, she is very rude. The property is over rated. Do not expect to get your deposit back. We cleaned the whole apartment like new, but the manager cut our deposit for silly reasons and we hardly got anything back. I will highly advise you to look for other properties in the area.

Don't try making an appointment around lunchtime (10am - 2pm I'm serious about the lunch hours!!), they are never around! Even when they say they are there/returning, no ones around!
