	Nicely kept, nicely lit. Has on site fitness center. Close to shops, theatre, and restaurants. Apartment space adequate for my needs. Was there short term, 3months. Great apartment for corporate lease contracts. No complaints, very satisfied with them.

	They also try to market the apartments as condos. But not many people buy these "apartments" they are much too small. You cannot fit your furniture into the small living room area. The small bedroom is only 10 x 10 ... more

	I lived in the falls at pike creek for one year. great place. so close to every thing but the rent was not worth the apartment
