I think im the complete opposite of this person. My apartment rocks!! I have a huge apartment with a loft and everything. I love living at Kenosha Commons. I have lived here for two years. I guess if they said you paid it late... then you paid it late. You have until the 5th at 9:00am, I think its plenty of time. The office only has one person which does make it harder to get into contact with someone. But they do call you back or get in touch with you. Im sure if the other person that reviewed only got 30 bucks back its only because they didnt leave it the way it was when they got there. My personal opinion! I wouldnt knock a place for most likely you just not paying the rent or leaving damages. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

You obviously are part of the management or are trying to make them sound good...but they're NOT! I posted the original review, and trust me, the rent was ALWAYS paid BEFORE the due date, it was NEVER EVER late. (I have bank statements to prove that) So as hard as you're trying to give them a good name, the service speaks for itself. And I would have fought the charges (because we made sure the take pictures of the place when we moved out...and there was NOTHING wrong and we were given the ok for the final walk-through)but it's not even worth it when you're dealing with the incompetant.
