I lived there with my boyfriend for 2 years and I absolutely loved my apartment! We had one of the smaller units which was still almost 1400 sq ft. I would recommend Regal maybe not the units directly on Green Bay rd(little noisy w/traffic). The landlord was very friendly and always listened to our needs! Even though they seem to be short staffed at times... When our dryer broke they came and replaced it quick! When we moved out we got our security deposit back in a timely manner(although I was charged a small amount for a blind that was broke when we moved in and on my checklist) I can't complain! The only reason we moved out was so we could buy a house! If times ever got tough I would def move back!

Thanks for your review. After seeing your review we moved to Regal Pointe last year and stayed there for more than a year. These are really nice apartments. We moved from kenosha to milwaukee due to job but didnt find an apartment as spacious and good as regal pointe. I would highly recommend this apartment as rent is also not too high. Yes, the cost of heating goes high during winter but if you stay you'll love it. It took us 2 months to move to milwaukee as we couldn't find an apartment as good as regal pointe.

Awesome! I am actually looking to move Milwaukee area also! Any suggestions? I live in a townhouse now love it but a far commute for my fiance. He works in Waukesha!
