My wife and I are living here while I am attending Grad. School. We have been very happy so far. We shopped around for rental units quite a bit, and felt that Regal Pointe offers a lot for you money. It's on the higher end of pricing, but you get what you pay for. All the buildings were built with in the last 5 or so years, so everything is new/clean. We really wanted an attached garage whice all the units have, that was a big selling point for us.
