We lived at Regal Pointe for more than a year. I loved my apartment. It's relatively new and they made it really well. You get real good and walk-in closets, attached garage and nice place to walk. Almost all the shopping malls are within 2 miles but it takes around 20 minutes t reach I-94. We had to move out as my job moved to milwaukee but it took us 2 months to get into a new apartment as we couldn't find something like regal pointe but finally moved. I would recommend this to everyone as rent is also affordable. The heating cost goes high in winter but i believe its becoz of the space. Kitchen and bathrooms are also very nice and spacious. Kitchen has lots of cupboards that makes life simple. Their dryer, washer and dishwasher are realtively new and big. Maintenance support staff is also good. Old management was very good but new management is also good. Moreover, you don't hear much of a noise if someone walks heavily on the 2nd floor.
