I lived in Riverwood Apartments from June 1999 - June 2001. It was my first apartmet after college and it was beautiful.

Now that I have lived in great apartments all over the country I can honestly look back and say that for the price, there is no better place.

The underground heated parking is a wonderful perk. Waking up to a warm and snow free car on a cold winter morning helps make the morning commute more a little more bearable. The colors in the apartments are very nice; great tile in the kitchen, nice cabinets, good appliances, nice bathrooms. The office staff was always very helpful and they took care of me.

My only complaints (and these are little things) are: The little A/C was not powerful enough to cool my bedroom (one bedroom model with A/C in the living room). And the noise from the road was loud. My unit faced the street and it could get very loud. As long as the windows are closed, you?re OK, but I could not open the window in my warm room because of noise.

Overall, it?s just about perfect.

Yeah right, can anyone else see that this was obviously written by management staff?!? I have lived there for about 15 months and could not be happier that I get to leave this horrible place in 3 months!! The management are 2 little rich snobs who think you are not good enough to live there. I complained about another resident leaving moving boxes in my assigned parking spot to which they replied that for the past 14 months I had been parking in the wrong spot. Low and behold, they were not even looking at the correct apartment building I lived in before they decided to blame me for mis-parking. The word management does not apply to the staff memebers there, they are horrible! Don't waste your time or money on this ridiculous place!
