From the outside this apartment looks nice. Looks can be deceiving. The walls and floors are so thin- you can hear exactly what your neighbors say and do. You can hear them going to the bathroom and etc....
The management is not that great. They are ineffective at best.
There is nothing really "luxury" here. It's just a box to live in.
