I think all the "5" positives were written by the management.
The management- let's see. You go to look at the place and they are falling all over you, so nice.
once you sign on the dotted line- they won't even say hello to you in the parking lot one car down. They take on a very "haughty, you are lucky to live here" attitude.
For such a hick town- these might be considered "luxury" but they are NOT.
The walls and floors are paper thin as the previous poster said. If your neighbor smokes- so will you because it comes right in through the walls.
The equipment in the gym is always broken.
The rules of this place change on a daily basis. one manager will say one thing and then another will contradict what that manager just said.
The apartments are NOTHING special whatsoever.
The appliances are mediocre at best.
I am SURE there are many other places that are cheaper than Riverwood Apartments. It's just not worth the hassle of living here.
