hot hallways

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My lease is ending very soon, thankfully.
I have endured a summer here and I feel sorry for what future residents are going to encounter. The hallways are not ventilated at all so it's like walking out into a steam room everytime you leave your apt.The elevator is hot as well. I just think it's sad they couldn't even afford to ventilate or air condition the hallways.
