I lived at Riverwood for a year. I encountered management that did not care what condition the apartments were in, nor did they make repairs in a timely manner. One had to nag them for repairs essential to the housing situation like refridgerators, broken security doors, and leaking ceilings. Their management is indeed snooty as one post said, and unsympathetic. I encountered bigotted neighbors, constant automobile break-ins (in the "Secure" garage) and complaints about noise. Kids were treated VERY poorly by management, and the gym was NEVER safe to work out in because equipment was never maintained properly. Pool was closed more than it was open! About the only thing I could say for it was it was close to the highway.
