I have lived here for about 15 months, and could not be happier that I am leaving in 3 months!! Yeah, you can have dogs, but it doesn't mean that you will be able to walk them anywhere, due to all of the waste around the area. No one picks up after their animals, and the staff doesn't do anything about it.

The management' What management' I couldn't find anyone who acted or took role of manager in the complex. Oh, you meant the 2 snobs in the office who never think you are worthy of living in their location, yeah I know them! Everytime I HAD to deal with them or bring in issue to thier attention, they instantly look to put the blame on someone else. I have waited the full 15 months for them to fix my shower (faucet handle is busted, so the only way to turn on/off is to have a wrench).....still waiting, and they are blamming it on their maintenance crew. I know that they will try there best to get me to pay for it at the time of my departure, can't wait to deal with that!

The cost to live here per month is crazy!! I rushed into this place due to winter season coming, and it's my own fault that I have had to pay over $200 per month more than apartments that offer a bigger floor plan. I just found out that the cost increased another $100 per month for me to stay another year, are they insane'! I am definitly leaving.

Seriously, if you have pets (especially dogs) and are looking for a nice apartment, there are other places in the Kensoha area. For instance less than a mile down the road there is Hidden Oaks which is a little less per month, and the staffing is great! I don't even live at Hidden Oaks, but recommended it to a friend, and no complaints as of yet! Good luck and happy apartment hunting!
