I wish I had seen this website before I moved here! It is horrible!! Management doesn't enforce any rules. Tenants are slobs. Dangerous animals are kept outside on leashes. Animal feces litter the grass. Garbage is stacked in garage/basement daily by lazy tenants who aren't willing to walk to the dumptsters. Office staff won't answer the phone when tenants call to complain! Maintenance staff unresponsive. Repeated calls to office are necessary to get work order response - then it takes 3 or more scheduled visits for the items to be fixed. I've been here only a few months and that's a few months too long!
