First off, let me say that I would not consider myself a disgruntled person who would bash an organization at the drop of a hat. Having said that, Riverwood apartments did not leave me with a feeling of satisfaction. The management does not have its act together. The main issue being that they pretty much refuse to put anything in writing that they tell you. "Their word is good enough." Unfortunately, their word does not hold up if you have any problems with them. It also seems that, depending on the person you talk to, everyone promises you something different. I do have to say that the only problems were when I had to deal with management directly (moving in/out). But that definitely gave me a bad taste in my mouth.
