Just stay away from this place. It is very appealing (minus the high price of rent) at first glance - modern, good amenities, 'friendly' staff, etc...but after a few months you'll want to just run away. They changed management recently, and things have been downhill since then. They no longer care about their current tenants, and they don't perform good background checks on the new tenants.

We have had damage to our car, our packages ripped open, the main grounds have had theft - and nothing has been done b/c the place is lacking in security. They are horrible at returning calls, and good at saying one thing and denying it the next time.
