Good place to live

I have lived here for over 1 year now. I enjoy living here and I like the fact that I am close to most shopping and the interstate. Now with Target area opening, you are closer still. Apartment is basic. I have a ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath model. it is ok for me. Not super nice, but not falling apart either. Maintenance issues are fixed in about 3-4 days and they leave a job receipt on your counter. Making an appointment for maintenance is easy too as it is online. Bills are not overly expensive, except for cable. i do not have a south facing apt so I can not get DSS/satellite so I HAVE to get Time Warner.
Apartment is quiet, with only a few times hearing my neighbors above me. One couple lived above me and I think he worked 2nd shift because he was up all night. Dogs are another issue. Most people have them and there is dog poo all over the property. It is kind of nasty. Plus people, in the warm months, put their dogs on their decks/patios and they constantly bark.
Facilities in the apartment are good, with nothing having gone wrong as of yet. AC in the summer can struggle to keep up but for the most part it is cool inside. heat on the other hand works way to well! I have my heat OFF in the winter and i still roast. ad thing because we all pay a fixed amount based on occupancy (Co-OP HEAT) so im billed no matter what I use or don t use.
Lawn care is good and Snow Removal is EXCELLENT! Plus you have one space underground parking that can t be beat. it is heated so on days like today when you wake up to -6 degrees, your car is always about 60-70 degrees. And it allows the snow to melt.
Storage area in the garages is AWFUL. Water damage to most of my belongings in there unless you put it in the Tupperware containers. Water POURS through the walls in the spring and summer rainy months and drains into the water runoff in the floor of the garage.
All in all, there are ups and down with this apartment complex. Staff are nice to me and i have given them no reason not to be. Maintenance men are real nice too. I like the location of the place and i like my place overall. Some things can be better but for the most part it is a good place to live.
