I've been a resident for 3 years and plan on being here for another 3. I highly enjoy all the amenities that Riverwood offers. The staff has been very friendly and address any issues and maintenance requests that I've had within 24 hours, ALWAYS. The maintenance and housekeeping staff always says hi and smiles anytime we bump into one another in the hallways. The office staff is extremely courteous and friendly and are quick to solve resident issues. I would highly recommend anyone to live here as your money is well spent.

That's funny! I've had maintenence requests for a few weeks now and they still haven't responded!
