I lived at Villa Rosa for one year during college. I lived in a lower unit which had an attached garage which was very nice and convenient. The apartment itself was very nice. It could use updating but overall, I was very happy with the place. The staff was happy to help with any questions or concerns that I had. The only thing that I wish they would change is their pet policy. I would have been willing to pay extra to have my dog with me. Overall, everything was great!
