I have only lived in this apartment for less than a year.

Already it has gone under one management change to BEAR REALTY.

The staff working at BEAR is extremely rude!!! I had an incident I needed to report and the office lady was yelling at me treating me like I was a 12 yr old child.

According to her I was not telling the right person and my problem wasn t there problem it s the onsite manager s problem!! I strongly discourage you to not move into these apartments.

The condition of them is horrible and the refuse to fix any of the problems.

Some examples would be, leaking sinks and toilets, the cabinets are falling apart, carpet is in horrible condition (imagine if you will the 70's shag brown carpets all matted down).

There are several dogs in the building that BARK nonstop.

Just overall not happy with this apartment!!
