When I first moved to the area I didn't know any good or bad places. I moved into a 1 bedroom. Two days later a person moved above me. I felt like my ceiling was going to fall in. A week later I had ants all over in my apartment- didn't get much sleep on that one. So they came and fixed that, the my apartment smelled like gas, they said nothing was wrong. I couldn't open my patio door- lived there a year and was never fixed. It looked like there was seven layers of paint on the walls so the person befores smoke stains came through on warm days, that looked just great. I had people stopping by selling stuff all the time- talk about security. The people next door always had parties so no parking for me coming home at 5am in a dark parking lot walking half way through it. I never went to the pool or the laundry room cause it was so out of the way. I usually recycle but walk half a mile to do it I can live without.The only good thing was the rent, but not worth the hassle.
