Overall, I had a very favorable impression of woodcreek after first moving in in may of 2002. The mail lady greeted us and explained how things worked and everyone was really nice. Then they all moved out and the TRASH moved in. The clientele at this complex is rough around the edges at best. I guess that would be because of the price.

Next: Year TWO...things were ok in year 1 so we decided to stay another year because it was cheap. BAD DECISION!! The air conditioner sucks...and did not work in the spring and it had been making funny noises the previous fall. Instead of replacing the unit, they attempted to fix it...so It did blow cool air but not cold air and it would stop after about 4 hours, so there was no use. Bad attitude by the office staff, they are the rudest people I have ever met and helpful they are not. They have a no pet policy, but if you want a cat go ahead, they would never find out and your nieghbors, if they do care when they say something will get the line "shouldn't you care more about your violations then someone else's'" HEHE. Parking is AWFUL!! People from other buildings are constantly taking up the lot in front of yours. This began 2 years ago as a pleasant living experience and has since taken a dive. And here is the best part, we live in the NEW buildings at the back of the complex off of 39th ave, lord I dunno if I would have tolerated 2 years of woodcreek if we had to live in the chateu styles or the spanish mission in the center. Good looking these buildings are not. The cable is horrid, forget high speed internet. They offer woodcreek cable....ugh what a tradgedy. The only thing this place has going for it is close grocery stores and its relatively safe. I would recommend against woodcreek apartments.
