Beware the office staff

The apartment is old and starting to crumble, but the area is usually quiet and I feel safe.
Maintenance staff are excellent, especially considering the daunting task they are facing.
Office workers are argumentative, evasive, surly, and obstinant.

Good luck if you need anything from them, like a NEW STOVE...
No security on any doors at all! Recycling is inconveniently located.

Laundry expensive but machines are good.
