I lived at Woodcreek for 3 years. It's not to bad, in my experience anyway. The apartments are fairly small but not bad for the cheap rent. Our bathroom was very spacious and I liked the large storage closet and pantry in the kitchen. The neighborhood it's in is nice. Good for people who do walking or running. Parking was usually an issue. Moderate traffic coming in and out of the complex day and night. The doors only have one lock, which I think needs to be improved. I personally had no trouble with maintenance issues. The office staff are not the most friendly but I really had no issues with them. I lived in the newer apartments and they were pretty nice, the freezer was horrible and needed defrosting constantly, but otherwise no other issues. I think Woodcreek is a good choice for people just starting out and on a budget. You can't beat the cheap rent!
