Very Low Cost to live here. Electric was always low and you don't pay for heat (ie gas). Office staff accomidated us as needed and the maintenence was on par. Have thier own cable service, so if you want a cable modem or Time/Warner Cable you won't get it. Perfect for anyone on a tight budget.
