I lived at Woodcreek apartments for a couple years, mostly because I hate moving and decided to put up with all the annoyances. The Management is rude, snobby, and act like the people living there have no other choices. The office itself is run down and like I said the manager is a rude arrogant idiot. I wouldnt rent there again if it was my last choice. I would live in my car first. The noise can be overwhelming, there were roaches in the buildings in which they came by to spray every month. Vandalsim is rampant in the parking lot. I didnt feel threatened but worried what might happen to my car. The hallways are inside which is nice but have echoes which reverberate through all apartments. You can hear anyone coming and going from their apartments. The apartments are very old and obviously run down, with very poor attempts to repair old damage. There is no discretion on the part of the management to treat anyone with respect. THEY DONT CARE!!! They told me that I was just one tenant in which there are ten people out there to take my place so if I wasnt happy, then MOVE OUT!!! Very poor service, the service was done by men who are untrustworthy, dirty, and I even thought they were drunk part of the time. The police are at the apartments almost all the time responding to trouble.
