As a contractor and seeing the structural integrity of the building was horrible. There were holes in the wall, the countertop in the kitchen is coming away from the wall, not to mention the fact that there were yellow stains on the floor and they told us that it was "lemonade". I haven't known lemonade to not come out with a carpet cleaner. When we first were moving things in, there were dead ant bodies underneath the heating register, and dead spiders in the bathtub. Very unattractive for a new renter when the apartment had just been cleaned. Half of the electrical outlets couldn't be used because the plugs would fall out. The appliances were not in any condition for people to use; the stove had food crusted and coroded to it, and the fridge decided when it wanted to work. All of this starting in March, and the fridge was not replaced until November.

During the winter it took 7 hours before the sidewalks were partially cleared with the snow coming up to mny knee. The parkinglot was always icy, and never plowed very well.During the rest of the year, when it would rain heavily, worms would come in somehow and die on the carpet, and the carpet would be soaked up to 10 inches away from the door wall. When we told the management about the problem, they said that it was our fault and that we must be leaving the door open.

As a first time renter, and getting married soon after moving in, the management was horrible. Never was willing to answer questions, or help out with a problem. Important documentation in the lease is not in bold print, whereas other parts of the lease were. The apartments that they showed us initially were spectacular to the dump that they placed us in.

I would never recommend this complex to anyone and I have convinced one of my friends that is getting married this summer to move into a different complex.
