I literally was afraid to be home alone because my neighbors were definitely drug dealers. They were always standing by the door with wads of money in their hands. There were always people smoking pot behind the dumpster. Whenever I went to do my recycling, all the maintenance guys would be there shootin' ----. I could here my upstairs neighbors having sex all the time. It definitely is not a safe place, and I do not recommend living here if you are a single woman. Also there are at least two registered sex offenders living at Woodcreek. There are no locks on the outer doors, and the locks and the apartment doors are really flimsy. One thing that is good is that maintenance comes when you call. That is about it. It is way too much money for a crappy apartment with no dishwasher or washer and dryer and skeezy neighbors. The laundry facilities were pretty bad too. Really crappy, I usually did my laundry at a friends house.
