I have read all the negative reviews about Woodcreek, but I don't think it was such a bad experience after all. It is true that there are problems, and the kitchen/bathroom furniture is old and in a bad shape. There are buildings with loud neighbors, but ours was quiet most of the time. The loud ones never stayed too long.

Never had a problem with hot water, appliances that broke were fixed the next day. I did ask to fix or somehow insulate our patio door because in winter the cold air blows in, but it did not get fixed. However, heat was included in the rent, so I guess it's their problem. I was just trying to stop the waste of energy...

I never had a problem finding a parking spot. In the winter, plowing was done appropriately, and they even knocked on the doors to make sure people moved their car, so that they could plow everywhere. I did not like the knocking, and the fact that I had to go out in the cold, but I guess it's for the good. At least I didn't have to shovel...

I did like the garden and the trees around, it was beautiful in the summer, and well taken care of. The landscaping once a week was quite noisy, but it was not overbearing.

In the summer, some rodents were making loud noises, and when told to the office, they said there is nothing they can do about it. But somehow the chipmunks did disappear anyway. There were a lot of squirrels, I found their running-around quite amusing. At least they were not noisy.

The walls are really paper thin, but if you are considerate of your neighbors, I guess they will be considerate of you, too. Right'

The staff in the office was polite and helpful. Never had a problem. Of course I always paid the rent on time.

Considering all the factors, I would still recommend this apartment complex. We lived here for 3 years, and it was a pleasant experience. Of course it is not luxurious, but it is not THAT bad. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
