Since this is my fiance's and my first apartment we didn't know what to expect. Since he was away for the summer and I was working a lot neither he or I did a walk through. The first month we did have to call the police for a noise complaint because our neighbor upstairs wouldn't pipe down after calling maintenance 3 times. Besides the walls being paper thin you honestly can't hear really anything. The parking is great and they plow when it snows pretty quickly. We had our car "broken into" once. Even though police patrol every night and of course our car door was unlocked. Our neighbor has been here 11 years and has never had a problem. Everybody pretty much keeps to themselves. We thought the apartment looked fine when we first moved in until we notice an outlet needed to be fixed because a plug kept falling out but the maintenance man refused to fix it and for some odd reason the bathroom wall had yellow drip marks on it. Probably from the humidity. The staff is wonderful here and try to help you with any problems. We got a tour before we signed the lease and background checks are done. I feel safe here. oh and electricity we haven't paid over $38/month for it.

i'm confused,you say the walls are paper thin,but you honestly can't hear anything.then you say you had your car broken into even though the police patrol the parking lot.and what did you get a tour of?you said your fiance's was away for the summer,and you worked alot,then at the end of your letter you stated that you got a tour before you signed the lease.did you not see the yellow drippings on the wall,and the loose outlet?how could the staff be so wonderful if the maintenance man refused to fix the outlet?isn't he staff also.you sound very confused.hope you do a better job searching for a new place.and don't make excuse about your car being left unlocked.your parking lot was suppose to to be being patroled.so locked or not,maybe it should not of happened.good luck to you.seriously.you would actually recommend this.to who?your enemy?
