I personaly live here with my husband. We have been trying to get into a two bedroom apartment since June and are having NO SUCCESS!!!!!!!! I can say that the remark about the office staff is very bad. When you first attempt to move in you are told that you cannot see the apartment while it is being freshened up. When you ask for a certain area to be put in don't think it will be acknowledged. My husband and I didn't want to be put on the main street and where do we end up on the main street. If you think you can sleep during the day time (for 3rd shifters) think again! The cars are non stop even at 1:00 in the morning! I personally feel like I am living on a main strip in Vegas or New York. The maintenance you really have to watch. It took us over a month to get a hole above the bathtub fixed even when we told them about it the same night we moved in. Sometimes the maintenance people act as though you just bothered them for no apparent reason. The laundry rooms are a joke. I used it only once and my clothes weren't even completely dry. The pool is extremely small and there are no showers to even at least wash off some of the chlorine. They have only ONE recycable area and that is by the pool area. That is a real inconvenience. I do not know of anyone using the recycable area unless your apartment is near it. The parking lot is always full. Last year one area that I drive through had ice all over the place. They finally fixed that area, but it took a long time for that to be accomplished. I am surprised nobody had an accident! the parking lot has very little lighting at all. My mother dropped me off one day when I was with her and she mentioned about it. To tell you the truth if someone wanted to rob you they could do it easily. There is no security going into the apartments. Anyone off the streets can come in and no questions would be asked. For locks all you have is a deadbolt. BIG DEAL!!!! You do pay extra for cable and that went up the past year from I believe $21.00 to $24.00 just because they added 3 more channels. Oh boy! That price is just for basic cable. I believe if you want the premium channels it is another $7.00. I refuse to pay for it. The only thing good about this place is the price of rent. Your rent includes water, & gas. You have gas cooking and gas heating. Also the stairs are inside the buildings so you don't have to worry about slipping or falling on ice.
