I lived here for 3 years and really liked it. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very professional. The views from 5th - 8th floor are beautiful (especially west and north). I do recommend getting a reserved parking spot. If you don't, you'll regret it once the slow flies. Some apartments have carpet, others have tile. There's a big laundry facility in the basement. They have 2 elevators so you don't have to spend much time waiting for them.

As long as you pay on time, keep your place clean, and refrain from making a lot of noise, you won't have any problems. I'd definately recommend living here.
