I loved my little apartment in Elliot Arms! The price is right, the space is adequate (especially with basement storage facility) and management/maintenance were the best folks going. I lived in La Crosse as a graduate student and sincerely appreciated the attention to detail and respectful atmosphere created by fellow tenants. It would be my first choice if I were to do it all over again.
