This complex has 2 buildings. One is all 1 bdrm 400sq ft apts, other is all 2 bdrm 800sq ft apts. For most the time I lived in the 1bdrm bldg, there was a lot of riffraff going on at the 2bdrm bldg. Lots of ghetto activity, frequently see police there, etc. Towards when I moved out that situation seemed much improved. Apart from being absolutely filthy when I moved in, the apt, utilities, and bldg were in good shape. Of 2 washers, 1 or the other was always working. Never had trouble with noise, but I did have a second-floor corner apt. I did face the parking lot and at times there were noisy cars at odd hours but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The bldg mngr that took over just as we left was doing great things (folding table in laundry room, bench and plant in lobby). 400 sq ft is small, but for a single person on a budget it was a good fit.
