While evergreen may lack beautifull grounds or tons of place to let your kids play it does offer very nice apartments at a reasonable rate. I have lived here for a year now in a 2 bedroom. The apartment was very clean when i moved in. The staff are very helpfull and do their best to fix any problems i have had in a timely manner. I heard once this place had a really bad tenant population a while back but since living here i dont see that anymore. It's mostly younger couples and professionals. I feel it's very quiet and feel safe at night and during the day. The best thing is the location. If you work in la crosse it's really nice. It's right by the bus line, kwik trip, festival and close to downtown. If your a college kid this would be a great place seeing as it is so close to campus but far enough away if you wanted a non party place.I plan on staying her a lot longer and wouldn't want to move anywhere right now. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
