dont bother trying to get them to replace or fix anything... i called daily for three weeks and just stopped. then it only took 2 weeks for them to fix the sink that basically flooded the kitchen when it was tunred on. good thing it ruined their floor and not mine! forget about trying to add a name to a lease if one of your roommates moves out! besides the receptionist is retarded and the main lady is a -----. go somewhere else at all costs!
