They accommodated my last minute next-day movein very well. It is always very quiet and you rarely even see any of your neighbors around. I did have a party one night and some of my friends were out back on the decks and they got yelled at by older/crabby residents and it was only 930pm on a Saturday night. It's an older population overall but there are a few students and some younger families as well. The workout room and tanning bed are nice. The decks and grills come in handy. The boat docks could use some work. Landscaping is beautiful. Some units need an update of cabinets, appliances, etc. If anyone smokes in units near yours it will get in and stink up your place. The patios or balconies are nice. Pets are allowed. The office staff helps most of the time but make sure you remind them if things don't get done right away. Parking isn't too bad but if you get back later at night you might have to use the back row behind the garages. They could use a few more washers and dryers.
Overall it's a nice place but it's a little on the expensive side since everything isn't nice and brand new anymore.
