This place is a dump. It looks nice-ish on the outside, and some units look alright on the inside. But, overall, it's a bad choice. Walls and floors are super thin - the place is extremely noisy - you hear everything your neighbors do; there is basically no insulation, you're heat bill will be super high; very few neighbors are friendly; dog crap all over the grass/sidewalk; the playground looks fun, but always has a thick layer of tiny bugs on the equipment; my carpet looks like it should have been replaced 10 years ago; construction has been taking place since I first viewed the place (and they don't mind pounding on your walls/floors at 6 am); dishwasher has never gotten dishes clean on the first try; STAY AWAY! The ONLY good things: maintenance is responsive; it's cheap (you get what you pay for!); kitchen is large; hot water is plentiful.
