There is only one good thing I can say about Geneva Meadows, it was nice for about the first month. I know that the ad they run says there is onsite managment but they are only really there one day a month and that is rent day. Everything was always breaking and I could never get someone to come down to fix it. Mark the manager has yelled and screamed in my face many times. Now that I am moved out, I am not going to get my security deposit back. About a month ago I receaved a bill for over 1,000 dollars for things including the pencle marks from the drywaller that fixed the walls. Please never rent from these people, they will try there hardest to bleed you dry.
