Fabulous and Spacious Layout

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I wouldn't have stayed here this long, if it wasn't a great place. The rooms are large and the layout is the best of any apartment I've had in the past 15 years. Having a washer/dryer in the unit makes laundry so easy. There have only been two minor maintenance issues in four years, and they were fixed quickly and without incident.
