We have lived here for about 9 years and have been happy with the layout of the apartment and what it offers. It is so nice to have a washer/dryer unit especially when you have kids.The bedrooms are on the opposite side from the kitchen and living room area, which is helpful when you have company and the little ones want to go to sleep. We have had very few problems living at Geneva Meadows, not due to the management. We had some very noisy neighbors a couple years back, but the management handled the situation in a professional manner. There is plenty of parking and each tenant is also given a designated parking spot for their vehicle.
The maintenance requests are addressed usually within 2-3 days. What I like most is the fact there are (4)apartments within each section. This way the noise with the security door is minimal. Our neighbors are friendly and courteous and abide by the quiet hours enforced. The complex is close to shopping and downtown Lake Geneva and the managements office is only 1/2 mile away. We are moving in the next few months due to a job change in a different state, but I feel confident that the management is not going to "rip us off" with our security deposit. I recommend renting from Geneva Meadows or any other location Lakes Property Management handles.
