I cannot stress enough how shady this apartment complex has become. I got out, thank god. Security is non-existent as the outside doors are constantly broken by the trashy tenants. There is a confirmed drug dealer in one of the buildings. People leave trash on their back porches. Those that say "oh, poor management crew, it's not their fault" are misled for whatever reasons. It's management's JOB to provide what they advertise, and they fall short every time. It's their JOB to handle maintenance, whether they hire a contractor or whatever. It's their JOB to make sure that tenants are clean and adhere to the minimal rules. The former management company basically bribed people with $$$ to write good reviews here. Not exactly honest, is it' Now they're trying to get people to stay with a 2-month free deal. This is an indication that they can't keep good people in this place anymore. Again, I got out. Thank god.
