COMPLAINT: While visiting my daughter here at Christmas I noted some very disturbing things at this complex. For one thing, the snow and ice had not been removed from the parking lot within a reasonable time frame from a storm. My daughter got out of her car and fell flat as her feet went out from under her on the ice! She hurt back from this and we were not happy about this. Locks do not work, windows need repair, washers and dryers faulty, furnace has not worked properly all time there and still not! In sub-zero weather! What kind of management lets this go' Who are these people' From Concerned Family
