We just looked at these apartments and i dont know what everyone is talking about. The apartment we viewed was really nice. Brand new appliances, carpet and new floor in the kitchen and bath. The manager Ryan is really nice. He is willing to give us a chance even though we have bad credit. He clearly explained all maintenance was off-site, so we will know what to expect if there is an issue with our apartment. Overall this was the most pleasant experience we have ever had searching for a new apartment. We look forward to living there.
