I am counting the days to our lease is up! Ryan is a sorry excuse for a manager, not only is he never around he dosen't return phone calls. It takes months for things to be fixed. He trash talks John Tracy(the owner of the building)to his tenants. He doesn't even fix the big problems like all the apartments that recently flooded. Honestly if Ryan wasn't the manager this would be a nice place to live. John Tracy just needs to find himself a good management company!

As an assistant to the owner of Geneva Meadows, we are puzzled because we can not find any issues regarding recent flooding that have not already been addressed. i usually get a response from ryan right away. He hasnt always been good about keeping up with me but i understand that he is really busy..he seems to be run ragged. I dont know if that is true or not. I love my apartment and i have taken the initiative to fix things myself if i feel necessary and i am even painting the place and putting in new blinds. I enjoy it here and i dont plan on leaving any time soon so i just want to say that this place really isnt all that bad. People like to get mad that stuff doesnt get fixed right away but if they understand the circumstances then they will be aware of the reasoning behind it. So please calm down before you put down the roof over your head because in this economy it could be all that you have..love your life as it is...
